TERMS OF SERVICE

May take approximately 3-30 days (1-4 weeks) to finish commission unless stated otherwise. If after 30 days or after a length of time I specified that I do not finish your commission, you can request for a full refund.

Payment is 100% upfront. I will not work on the commission until payment is fulfilled.

Paid via Paypal or Kofi (Ko-fi is a little more expensive due to fees, $1 additional per $10.)

You may use the commissioned art for personal use. Do not use it for AI, NFTs, etc. Commercial use is double the price. If you wonder what is considered personal, commercial, or forbidden use, you can ask me.

You cannot request a refund after the commissioned art is finished. A partial refund can be requested for rendered sketch orders after the detailed sketch is finished if you wish.

If the commission details/character design is too complex for me to draw I may simplify details/design automatically. Please say before or ask after if certain details are important to the drawing, and I will change it accordingly!

You can request any amount of reasonable adjustments at any time, if you are confused what is considered a reasonable adjustment, you may ask.

For now I will not post any commissions, feel free to post it yourself as long you don't claim credit for it. Direct credit to @MintCanD3 on Twitter is appreciated.
